BLOODSTONE:
is also known as Heliotrope.
It’s commonly called Bloodstone because
of the stone's appearance; usually a very dark green
with splotches or veins of red resembling droplets of blood.
Today, finely powdered Bloodstone is used
as an aphrodisiac and medicine
in India.
In ancient times Bloodstone was thought to have the ability
to stop hemorrhages by merely touching the stone.
Ancient warriors often carried a Bloodstone amulet which was
intended to stop the bleeding when applied to a wound.
Alchemists used Bloodstone to cure blood poisoning
as well as draw out the poison from venomous snakebites.
The Babylonians and the ancient Egyptians used it
to magically defeat enemies, by employing the stone's abilities
to increase their personal strength while
making them "invisible to their enemies.
In their ancient Papyrus records, they declared that
"The world has no greater thing than bloodstone,"
it opens all doors for its owner, breaks down the walls of prisons
and averts many disasters.
They also used Bloodstone to control the weather,
add strength, and bring clarify.
JADE:
Long revered by Asians as the most precious of all stones for centuries,
besides being the most beautiful and valued natural material for making
jewelry and utensils, jade is considered to possess the power of good
luck,
good health, and the ability to resist evil spirit and to get rid of
bad luck.
Jade is associated with Venus. It has long been associated as a love
stone as
well as one for wisdom, healing, and used to promote fertility and abundant
crops.
Businessmen use jade in seeking council in important business transactions
and
it is worn for it's money-attracting energies. It is also considered to
be
good for emotional balance and stability.
SWAROVSKI CRYSTALS:
are produced by Swarovski AG in
Switzerland
Daniel Swarovski invented the process
to make Swarovski crystal in
1892
Today they lead the world in crystals.
Swarovski Crystals are arguably the worlds finest crystals!
PEARLS:
An organic gem, pearls are formed inside
mollusks
such as oysters and mussels. They are formed when an
irritant such as
a tiny stone or bit of sand gets inside the mollusk's
shell.
A lustrous substance, called nacre, is secreted around
the object
to protect the soft internal surface of the mollusk.
As layer upon layer of nacre coats the irritant, a pearl
is formed.
Light that is reflected from these overlapping layers
produces
a characteristic iridescent luster.
This process of building a solid pearl can take up to
seven or eight years.
